路加福音10:25 – 28 25 有一个律法师起来试探耶稣,说:“夫子!我该作什么才可以承受永生?” 26 耶稣对他说:“律法上写的是什么?你念的是怎样呢?”27 他回答说:“你要尽心、尽性、尽力、尽意爱主你的神;又要爱邻舍如同自己。” 28 耶稣说:“你回答得对;你这样行,就必得生命。”
主耶稣说,承受永生的条件就是:“你要尽心、尽性、尽力、尽意爱主你的神;又要爱邻舍如同自己。”在上一篇信息中,我们已经学习了第一条诫命,现在我们继续学习第二条诫命:“爱邻舍如同自己。”
爱邻舍如同自己是什么意思?
首先我们要明白“爱邻舍如同自己”是什么意思?
马太福音7:12 12 所以,无论何事,你们想别人怎样待你们,你们就要怎样待人,因为这就是律法和先知的道理。
我们肯定想别人爱我们,那么我们就要爱别人;我们想别人尊重我们,我们就要尊重别人;我们想别人帮助我们,我们就要帮助别人。这样行就是爱邻舍如同自己了。
请注意,我们用爱心对待别人,目的并不是想他们报恩。我们对别人好,不是希望将来他们也对我们好。一个真正的基督徒行善的动机是出于敬爱神,我们只想讨神的喜悦,绝不是为了自己的利益。
我很渴望实行马太福音7:12的教导。我不是说我能够把这教导完美地行出来,我自己没有这样的能力。我常常祷告恳求神帮助我,我下定决心要靠着神的恩典把主耶稣的教导实行出来。
你是否想实行主耶稣的话语?如果你不想实行主的话语,你会觉得我以下所说的是完全无理,要求过分。但如果你是一个渴慕公义的人,你将会从我的信息中看到主耶稣的教导是超越了历史上所有的伦理学思想。
必须放下自我才可以爱邻舍如同自己
实践“爱邻舍如同自己”就是在一切事情上,你想别人怎样对待你,你就要怎样对待你的邻舍。如果你想别人关心你,你就应该关心你的邻舍;你想别人安慰你,你就应该安慰你的邻舍;当你的邻舍挨饿没饭吃,你就应该把你的饭分给他吃。
这些例子都非常简单,当你丰衣足食,快乐平安的时候,你可以做这些事情。但如果你正在满心愁苦,渴望有人来安慰你,请问你可以去安慰你的邻舍吗?
你说:“那时候我正需要别人来安慰我,我哪有精力去安慰我的邻舍?神应该差派一个人来安慰我,当我的心情好一点了,我才可以去安慰别人啊!”
但主耶稣说:“无论何事,你们想别人怎样待你们,你们就要怎样待人。”当你满心愁苦的时候,你最渴望的就是有人来安慰你,所以你就应该去安慰那些比你还要愁苦的人,那才是真正地实践主耶稣的教导。请看清楚,主并不是说:“当你们快乐平安的时候,你们想别人怎样待你们,你们就要怎样待别人。”
当我们满心愁苦的时候,如果我们躲在房间里自怜哭泣,我们的愁苦只会越来越深。倒不如遵从主耶稣的话,去安慰那些比我们还要愁苦的人,父神雅伟自会赐给我们能力,靠着祂的恩典,我们的愁苦就会逐渐减低。
在前一篇信息中,我讲述了一段亲身的经历,一位姊妹诬告我怒骂她,但父神雅伟安排了另一位姊妹来为我作见证,洗脱了我被诬告的罪(请阅读信息 “尽心、尽性、尽力、尽意爱主你的神”)。事发后第二天,尽管我心里很痛苦,但我把自己的忧伤放在一边,继续努力为神工作,我去探访教会里的弟兄姊妹。当我放下自我,去帮助别人的时候,父神就赐下权能,挪去我心里的愁苦。后来我饶恕了那位诬告我的姊妹,我与她重新和好。
我们都希望别人尊重我们,那么我们就要尊重别人。如果你周围的人很有礼貌地对待你,你当然也以礼貌对待他们。但如果你被人家诬告、侮辱、虐待,例如我被那位姊妹诬告,请问在那种情况下,你是否能够以爱心对待别人呢?
主耶稣为我们留下了一个最完美的榜样。犹太教的领导层把他捕捉后,捏造了一个亵渎雅伟神的罪名在他头上,然后把他交给罗马政府处置,他被罗马士兵侮辱痛打。当他被钉在十架上时,他为自己的敌人祷告:“父啊!赦免他们;因为他们所做的,他们不了解。”(路加福音23:24)
我传讲福音二十多年来,多少次别人在我背后嘲笑我,当面侮辱我。但我下定决心遵守主耶稣的教导,他们越是嘲笑我,我越加关心他们。结果靠着父神赐给我的力量,我以爱心改变了他们。
从以上的例子,我们可以看到,如果想要实践“爱邻舍如同自己”,首先我们要放下自我,然后才可以在任何事情上,我们对待别人的态度一如我们渴望别人对待我们那样 。
“爱邻舍如同自己”必引致“爱邻舍多于爱自己”
如果你衣食无缺,当你看到别人正在挨饿,你当然愿意给他一点食物,让他吃饱。假若你也很穷,但还有一碗饭吃,当你看到别人在挨饿,你是否愿意把那碗饭分一半给他呢?如果自己吃那碗饭,你可以吃得很饱;如果你把半碗饭给那人,你吃半碗,他吃半碗,虽然不饱,但也不至于挨饿,你愿意这样做吗?如果你想实行“爱邻舍如同自己”,你就要牺牲自己的利益,甚至你的基本需要,来帮助你的邻舍。
假若在严寒的冬天,你只有一件可以保暖的大衣,你看到另外一个人却穿着单薄的衣服,冷得发抖,你应该怎么做?一件大衣与一碗饭不同,不可以分成两件;你是否愿意把你的大衣送给那人呢?如果你真的爱邻舍如同自己,你就应该把你的大衣给他穿上,你自己受冷,好让他可以穿得暖和。
所以,实行“爱邻舍如同自己”,最后必引致“爱邻舍多于爱自己”。
牺牲自己的生命好让邻舍能够存活
现在我用一个例子来解释“爱邻舍如同自己”的最崇高的意义。假若你坐船出海,半途遇上狂风巨浪,船快要沉没了,船上没有足够的救生衣给所有的乘客。在这种情况下,有人要牺牲自己的生命,好让别人能够存活,你愿意这样做吗?如果我们确实爱邻舍如同自己,无论何事,我们想别人怎样待我们,我们就要怎样待人,我们就要牺牲自己的生命,好让我们的邻舍可以存活。
谁是我们的邻舍?
那么谁是我们的邻舍?如果我们要爱邻舍到这种程度,我们要知道谁是我们的邻舍啊!上述的那位律法师也是问主耶稣同样的问题。当耶稣对他说如果你想承受永生,你要尽心、尽性、尽力、尽意爱主你的神,又要爱邻舍如同自己(请参阅上述经文路加福音10:25 – 28),他就问耶稣:“谁是我的邻舍?”
路加福音10:29 – 37 29 那人要证明自己是公义,就对耶稣说:“谁是我的邻舍呢?” 30 耶稣回答说:“有一个人从耶路撒冷下耶利哥去,落在强盗手中。他们剥去他的衣服,把他打个半死,就丢下他走了。 31 正好有一个祭司从这条路下来,看见他,就从旁边走过去了。 32 又有一个利未人来到那里,看见他,也照样从旁边走过去了。 33 但有一个撒马利亚人,旅行来到那里,看见他就动了怜悯的心, 34 上前用油和酒倒在他的伤处,包裹好了,扶他骑上自己的牲口,带到客店里去照顾他。 35 第二天拿出二钱银子来,交给店主,说:“请你照顾他;额外的费用,我回来时必还给你。” 36 你想,这三个人中,哪一个是落在强盗手中的人的邻舍呢?” 37 他说:“是那怜悯他的。”耶稣说:“你去照样行吧。”
那律法师要知道谁是他的邻舍,主耶稣用这个比喻给他上了一堂属灵的课。
为什么那祭司和那利未人都不理会这个受伤的人,他们只望了他一眼,就从路旁走过去了?
因为根据律法的规定,如果一个人触摸了死人或死动物的尸体,他就成为不洁净一整天,要被隔离开众人。而祭司和利未人都要在神的祭坛前事奉,如果他们成为不洁净,就不能做事奉的工作。当时那人躺在路上,祭司和利未人不知道他是否已经死了,他们都不想把自己弄污秽,所以就避开他,从另一边走过去了。
但是一个撒马利亚人走过那里,看见那人就动了怜悯的心,他包裹好那人的伤处,然后把他送到客店里。第二天,他拿出二钱银子来交给店主,吩咐店主照顾那受伤的人,如果钱不够的话,等他办完事回来,他必如数还清。
然后耶稣问那位律法师,在这三个人中,哪一个是落在强盗手中的人的邻舍?答案是非常明显,那个怜悯他的撒马利亚人是他的邻舍。耶稣对那位律法师说:“你去照样行吧。”
首先请注意,犹太人与撒马利亚人是没有来往的(请参阅约翰福音4:9“原来犹太人和撒马利亚人没有来往”),所以这个撒马利亚人并不是那受伤的人的朋友,他们互不认识。
当那撒马利亚人看到有一个受伤的人倒在路旁,他并没有先弄清楚这个人是否他的朋友或亲戚,然后才决定要不要救助这人。不!完全不是这样!当他看到有人受了重伤,快要死了,他立刻尽心地、无微不至地照顾那人。
主耶稣吩咐那位律法师要照样行,就是要效法那个撒马利亚人所做的事。
我们不应该先查看哪一个人对我们最好,我们就把他看作是邻舍,我们爱他如同自己;至于那些陌生人或那些对我们不好的人,我们就不把他们看作是邻舍,我们也不用爱他们如同自己。大部分的世人都有这样的心态和想法,这是非常自私罪恶的心态。
到底谁是我们的邻舍?
邻舍不单单只是亲人朋友,或住在你隔壁的人,也不单单是基督徒弟兄姊妹。我们肯定要爱弟兄姊妹如同自己,爱亲人朋友,爱隔壁的邻居如同自己。但主耶稣教导我们要效法那个撒马利亚人。当我们看到有人处在困难或危险的情况下,不管那人是否我们的亲戚朋友,我们都要帮助他如同自己一样。
